If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a refund from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Clear proof of the issue is provided, if applicable.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
